1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Techoria Dropship platform ("Techoria", "we", "us"), operated under Niaz Group of Companies. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms, the Seller Agreement and the policies linked from them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when registering, including your name, email, WhatsApp number and country. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. One person or business may not operate multiple accounts to avoid restrictions.

3. The service

Techoria provides curated products, per-market pricing, order management, customer confirmation, fulfillment, delivery coordination, cash-on-delivery (COD) collection, settlements, seller education (Techoria Academy) and AI product insights for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Product availability, stock, pricing and delivery times may change at any time.

4. Fees

Joining Techoria Dropship is free. There are no subscription or registration fees. Seller earnings are calculated as described in the Seller Agreement and the Payout & Settlement Policy.

5. No guaranteed results

All profit figures, suggested prices and AI insights are estimates for guidance only. Techoria does not guarantee sales, profit or advertising results. You are responsible for your own marketing decisions and spending.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may reject orders, restrict features or suspend accounts involved in fake orders, fraud, abuse or breaches of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Techoria name, logo, platform, Academy content and product media remain the property of Techoria or its licensors. You may use product media only to promote Techoria products you sell.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Techoria is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, advertising spend or delays caused by couriers, suppliers or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Cleared earnings owed to you will be settled under the Payout & Settlement Policy, less any valid adjustments.
