Seller Agreement

1. Parties and roles

This agreement is between you (the "Seller") and Techoria Dropship. Techoria handles product sourcing, stock, customer confirmation, packing, delivery coordination and COD collection. The Seller handles marketing and submits accurate customer orders.

2. Account

Accounts are active immediately after signup at no cost. You must keep your profile and payout details accurate.

3. Orders

You must submit genuine customer orders with correct name, phone and address. Techoria may contact customers to confirm orders and may reject or cancel fake, duplicate or unreachable orders. See the Order & Fulfillment Policy.

4. Pricing and earnings

Each product shows a seller cost and a suggested selling range per market (AED, SAR, PKR). Your gross earning for a delivered order = selling price − seller cost, before your advertising costs. Prices are fixed at the time the order is created.

5. Returns

If an order is refused or returned, its earning is reversed. Techoria does not charge sellers normal return delivery fees. See the Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Settlements and payment

Earnings become cleared after COD is collected and are paid under the Payout & Settlement Policy.

7. Seller conduct

You must not make misleading claims, use prohibited advertising or misuse customer data. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. No guarantee

Techoria does not guarantee any level of sales or profit.

9. Termination

Either party may end this agreement. Cleared earnings will be settled after valid adjustments.
