Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects customers, sellers and Techoria by setting clear rules for using the platform.

2. You must not

•Submit fake, duplicate or test orders as real orders.

•Use customer information for anything other than fulfilling their order.

•Make false or misleading product claims, including medical or guaranteed-result claims.

•Advertise prices outside the allowed range or misrepresent delivery terms.

•Use Techoria branding to suggest you are Techoria.

•Attempt to access other accounts, admin areas or data you are not authorised to see.

•Scrape, overload or interfere with the platform.

•Harass Techoria staff, customers or delivery partners.

3. Advertising

You are responsible for following the advertising rules of the platforms you use and the laws of each market you sell in.

4. Enforcement

Techoria may warn, restrict features, cancel orders, hold payments under investigation or suspend accounts that break this policy.
