Techoria Dropship operates under Niaz Group of Companies, with offices in Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) and Shinkiari, District Mansehra (Pakistan). This policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Information we collect

Seller information: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, experience and store details provided at signup.

Order information: customer name, phone number, city and delivery address submitted by sellers for fulfillment.

Payout information: bank, e-wallet or crypto wallet details provided for settlements.

Usage information: activity such as lessons completed, favourites and support tickets.

3. How we use information

To operate accounts, confirm and deliver orders, collect COD, calculate earnings, prepare settlements and invoices, provide support, send service notifications and improve the platform.

4. How we protect information

Access is restricted by account and role. Payout details are encrypted at rest. Only authorised Techoria staff can view information needed for their work.

5. Sharing

We share only what is needed with delivery partners, suppliers and payment providers to fulfil orders and pay sellers. We do not sell personal information.

6. AI features

Techoria AI uses product and market information only. Customer details, payout details and private seller data are not sent to AI services.

7. Retention

We keep order, ledger and settlement records as long as needed for operations, accounting and dispute handling.

8. Your choices

You can update your profile and notification preferences in your account, and request access or correction of your information by contacting us.
